While Hans Leitert Goalkeeping, HLGK, specialises in development and education of goalkeeping coaches as well as goalkeepers, Hans Leitert Sports Consulting, HLSC, is the main legal body.

Hans Leitert Sports Consulting is an external consultant company within the football industry and accompanies single football professionals, clubs and federations. It specialises in:

• Definition of visions, short-term, mid-term and long-term targets.
• Definition and support when implementing/adjusting club structures for both administrative and technical departments.
• Definition of internal work flows, allocations of rights/duties and reporting processes.
• Support of football clubs and federations as an external HR department (job descriptions for all positions of both administrative and technical departments, support for recruiting process of all related positions, player sales strategies)
• Definition of development strategies for the technical department (professional team, academy teams, players, staff, scouting department, medical staff, sports-science staff).
• Conducting internal workshops on all topics mentioned above. 
• Goalkeeping-specific reports based on thorough analysis and knowledge.

HLSC operates in three languages, in many countries and cultures and has a very tight and high-level network and knowledge in all German-speaking, English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries.

Obligation of discretion: a mutual non-disclosure agreement is a precondition for cooperation between HLSC and a single professional / club / federation.
